Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide except EU countries. This is due to changes in EU legislation as well as the UK leaving the EU. Legislation means supplying the EU comes at quite a cost. Demand from the EU does not currently justify the cost. This will be reviewed quarterly.  


I live in the UK, why am I paying such a large cost for shipping?

Despite the company being registered in the UK, which is also where the formulations are developed, the warehouse for distribution is located in the US. This is as a result of 90 percent of the audience and inevitably customers being from the US.


I live in Italy and I seem to be unable to select that for delivery.

Unfortunately, due to the changes in EU legislation as well as the UK leaving the EU, there were quite significant costs to registering an additional EU address, therefore we are unable to offer EU deliveries at the moment.


My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?

We guarantee that at the time of shipment, your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product if your shipment is damaged. If there is a defect in the product sold to you, the product will be replaced free of charge, or a full refund of the invoice price of the product will be provided.

Yes, we deliver worldwide excluding the EU.
