Curly proverbs is changing the game with this MSM vitamin C, and collagen supplement. The packaging and spoon are so perfect and the formula is smooth and clump-free and blends easily into whatever you’re drinking. This is my second bottle. I personally noticed a lot hair growth and strengthening. I big chopped to just below my ears (when straightened) in January and now at mid March, I can already put my hair in a ponytail! I believe that this is a better supplement than MSM alone since we call know that all the ingredients work synergistically! Easy to use

Mixes easy and dissolve well with anything. I thought it maybe bitter but actually tastes better than I thought it would.

I won’t go without this product! Using this along with their amla powder & the fenugreek oil has been helping my hair growth.

1 inch in 1 month

I'm from Uganda, have tight 4c coils with 90% shrinkage, and my hair just doesn't grow fast. I usually grow a quarter to half an inch in a month depending on which part of my head, but this product boosted my hair growth by half an inch everywhere. So in one month I literally had 1 inch of growth in certain parts of my hair (namely the middle and back)! I couldn't believe it. 2 initial drawbacks that I'm over now: the taste is horrendous so I drown it in lemon or cranberry juice. And it was making random muscles twitch in the first few weeks but I think it was my body adjusting because I have no more twitching. One more thing, I was hoping it would do something for my joint pain and brittle nails, but I don't see a difference there. Regardless, I'm on my second tin and I'll be using it for the rest of the year
